Just a quick warning for anyone shopping around: don’t overlook this one. I checked a few different places, and this was easily the best price for what I needed. I was half expecting it to look cheap because of the price, but the quality is solid and not cheap-looking at all. Delivery went fine too. Overall, I feel like I got really good value here

I was disappointed when the glass arrived. It had a few small scratches on it, and the edges felt rougher than I expected. It does the job, so I’m using it, but I kind of regret paying this much because it just doesn’t feel like the quality I thought I was getting.

We ordered from theglasswarehouse.com as part of a bathroom update, and I’ll be honest, I was a bit nervous about fitting it myself. The glass arrived really well packed, and the instructions were clear enough that I didn’t feel out of my depth.
I just took my time with the measuring and drilling, and everything lined up nicely. It looks great now, and there’s something really satisfying about knowing we did that part ourselves rather than paying someone else. Very happy with how it turned out

Ordering was easy overall. I placed it while chatting with my sister, and everything went smoothly. There was a slight delay, but nothing too frustrating.

I ordered a glass panel and was 100% convinced it was going to show up cracked, because glass in delivery just feels like asking for trouble.

But it was packed ridiculously well. There was protection all around the edges and corners, and even though the box had a few delivery scuffs, the glass inside was absolutely perfect. Not a single issue.

I’m giving it 4 stars only because unpacking it made a bit of a mess and took longer than I expected. Still, I’d take that every single time over opening a box of broken glass

I had a frustrating time getting help from customer service. Their replies were slow, and I ended up having to follow up myself, which made me feel a bit pressured because I just wanted the issue sorted out. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but the response time definitely needs to be better.
